Webcasting a Virtual Event

Webcasting Possibilities during Covid-19

The COVID-19 crisis has challenged business operations. The desperate need to communicate with employees and customers becomes more critical, and more challenging.  Everyone has rapidly adapted to extended use of Video Conference Tools – and they work great for smaller gatherings.  But they have limitations when there is a need to reach out to hundreds, even thousands. VC Tools were just not meant to have thousands of attendees. Reaching large audiences has always been best accomplished with a webcast.

Enter the concept of the Virtual Broadcast. We are seeing it in use every day by the TV networks.  The concept makes use of Video Conferencing software to bring presenters together to a common stage – and then uses traditional video production mixing to add supplemental content to their message. The properly mixed production is then sent out for broadcast  to the larger audience.

Creative Video Services has perfected our Virtual Event Platform to enable companies of all sizes to deploy this combination of technologies to deliver the best possible live event experience.  We will work with your executive team to rehearse the event the day before, coach on best VC Call practices, and then manage the live production – all from our studios in California.  Our producers and technicians will then deliver a polished, smooth flowing show with presenters full screen, or combined with their slides side by side. Video roll-ins are smooth because they are played from our studio – not through the VC call.  Presenters can use screen sharing to walk through demos.  All of the elements of a live event webcast are there – but no one leaves home except our staff – who are all working in a separated COVID safe studio environment.

The Virtual Event Platform can be used to bring together employee groups, customer meetings, Conferences, and symposiums. Whatever could be done in an in person event, can be replicated with a properly produced Virtual Event.   Your event can even be designed to include General and Break Out sessions for a Conference like feel.

Contact CVS today for an analysis by our veteran event producers of how your next event can be a live Virtual Event Webcast. Don’t be constrained by the limitations of Video Conferencing tools – let us help you reach your audience with a webcast that will be just as effective as a live – in person event. Thanks for watching!
